Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HealthCRED we provide user friendly services to enable our customers to experience the utmost satisfaction. Being a customer-centric platform and for the convenience of the customers, we strongly recommend that all users shall read, understand, and familiarize themselves with the Cancellation & Refund policy of the HealthCRED for their better understanding and convenience before signing up with us to use any of our services.

In consideration of any situation where the customer, while doing any online transaction, suffers from any issue related to payments like amount deduction being excess to the displayed price of service or payment made but not reflected on the portal or payment being debited twice or any other payment glitch can request for a refund of the amount deducted in extra.

Further, we assure you that any amount transferred is secured with us and you can apply securely for a refund.

Customers are requested to provide all the details of the Amount, Transaction Details, Bank Details, or any other relevant details with their requests for refund to enable us to facilitate and process the refunds at the earliest.

The reference to details required to be provided is as under:

User Details - Customer Name, User ID

Transaction Details - Transaction Reference Number, Transaction Amount

Refund Related Details

Beneficiary Name in bank account

Beneficiary Account Number

Registered Mobile Number

Grievance in relation to transaction

Contact Details - Phone Number, Email ID

Any other details

It is advised to customers to note that the refund requests will be processed only if-

Customer has made the excess payment or;

At the time of request raised, there should not have any outstanding due amount in his/her account, or;

The customers making refund requests please note that any refunds, as and when applicable within the purview of our refund policy, will be processed through NEFT/RTFS/IMPS and might take 15-20 business working days to complete. It is advised to the customers to trust the process and be patient with their refunds.

Further, it is to bring to the kind attention of the customers that the refund policy is subject to any changes as and when required by HealthCRED, and the changes will be applied after proper Legal due diligence of the norms and provisions as applicable from time to time. Further suitable announcements will be made on the website and and every customer is deemed to have been acquainted himself/herself with such changes on usage of our website.

In any circumstance, If the borrowers have any query or trouble complying with any revised refund policies, it is advised to inform the same to us, and in case of no resolution, the customers are free to discontinue the services by writing us for the same at info@healthcred.co.in. Please note that once the revised policies come into force it will bound the existing customers of the services and any action in the future will be regulated by the revised Refund policies.

In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons the customer must notify us for the same transaction by writing us at info@healthcred.co.in or to communicate the same to their respective assigned Relationship Manager.

Please note that the cancellation requests are required to be placed at least two days before the disbursement date.

On account of any cancellation request, Cancellation charges might apply based on the nature of the transaction. Cancellation charges, if any, will become effective from the date of receipt of cancellation request, and the terms for cancellation charges are duly mentioned in the Loan Agreement.
